Is this an official DGT service?

No. It is an independent, unofficial bot and is not affiliated with the DGT (Dirección General de Tráfico).

Does the bot book the appointment for me?

No. It tells you when slots appear. Booking needs your personal details, so you finish it yourself on the DGT site.

How fast will I find out?

The calendar is checked every 10 minutes. Free slots can disappear quickly, so keep notifications on and book right away.

What data do you store?

Your Telegram ID, language, the offices you follow, the link you joined from and, if you pay, your Telegram username. The bot never asks for DNI, NIE, passport or phone number.

What if no slots appear for weeks?

The watch stays active and you are only messaged when something opens. Access time keeps running while you wait.

Can I get a refund?

Write to support@dgtcitascout.site and include your Telegram ID (the bot's /paysupport command shows it).
